RADICAL DUALISM exhibition at Max Plank Institute Berlin

Exhibition at the Max Planck Institute for Human Development,
in Berlin’s Dahlem Science Park

10 October – 10 December 2025

A dialogic connection between artworks and the architecture of the Max Planck Institute for Human Development in Berlin evokes organic systems—whether neural pathways, expanding colonies, or asemic codes. Series such as Archigramma and Mutazione confront ideas of mutation and transformation, making them the basis for a continuous, open system, free of simplification. Semiotica Ermetica exposes the violence embedded in language, by embracing unreadability and resistance. In Partitura, Metamorfosi, and Complessità Crescente, artist emphasizes the role of time in completing the picture of reality’s complexity. And when used in live performance, Francesco’s works shift to dynamic, hypnotic forms that create meditative structures, with power to enhance the viewers’ trance-like state of immersion. Together, the cycles of Radical Dualism construct a speculative reality that mirrors, destabilizes, and reimagines the institutional environment they inhabit.
